I think that I would tell Jane to ensure that messages are symbols for receivers to understand meanings when specific meanings are successfully transferred by senders (Shockley-Zalabak, 2016). The issue or confusion can be with the way in which a receiver ensures the decoding of the transferred message. Therefore, there will be chances of realization of diversified ways of decoding as per diversified working individuals communicating different in an organization.
